After rigorous testing on the Excess Injectors’ proprietary test bench, the injectors are matched within
1% flow and 2% deadtime

Each set will then have a customized tuning data set to
optimize fuel flow and injector dead times.

This Precision Performance Data set is then formatted for
11 different ECU platforms
that can be accessed and downloaded through Excess Injectors cloud server to gain a comprehensive view of the detailed flow profile and performance data of each injector within their set.

In the event of an injector replacement, Excess Injectors' cloud server stores each set's flow characteristics and information, enabling a
seamless replacement process without time consuming retuning.
